Welcome to A Touch of Wonder!!
I am thrilled to be back to the passion and calling of writing! I answered a call to run a non-profit ministry for victims of crime, and recently resigned, ending a 35-year career helping victims of crime.
During that same 35 years, I provided pastoral counseling and developed and led a women's ministry for 15 years. One of the programs I developed was The Well--a gathering of women. At The Well, we discussed and processed the many areas of our lives that God, our Father, draws us to. This blog is a result of many years of transformation that has taken place at The Well and a desire to share with as many people as are interested in becoming more intimate with God and being transformed by His grace and His righteousness!
So many long for a deeper relationship with God but struggle to develop that relationship. Those struggles come in the form of emotions, thoughts, people, and circumstances that seem to paralyze us and keep us spiritually sick or defeated! I hope this thin place and The Well continue to be one of the roads that God provides in your life journey that lead to Him, to victory, and to His purpose for you.
You will not find perfection here. You will not find a quick fix. You will find God’s truth offered in love, grace, mercy, and compassion!
I am still under God’s construction and I need my Heavenly Father every day!!! Welcome to my ministry!
