About Patty

Patty holds a BA in Sociology and a M.Ed in Mental Health Counseling. While serving as a Victim Services Practitioner for 35 years, she also worked as a volunteer in Youth Ministry and was the Director of a Teen Center.  Patty has worked as an advocate and Executive Director in Victim Services in that 35 years. She served on the Governor's Crime Commission for Victims as well as served and held offices of the North Carolina Victim Assistance Board for 12 years.  She was instrumental in establishing the NC Victim Practitioner Certification Academy through NCVAN.

For the last ninteen years, Patty has worked in the Ministry and continues to develop and lead Christian Spiritual Retreats for women every year. She devoloped and coordinated The Winter Blues Event for women for 13 years and as many as 800 women attended this event each year with National speakers such as Candace Cameron Bure, Lysa Terkeurst, Angela Thomas, Nicole C. Mullin, Thelma Wells, Sheila Walsh, Karen Abercrombie (Claire in the movie War Room), and Karen Kingsbury.

As a Life Coach, Patty partners with clients to help them to discover answers, generate possibilities, and create pathways for themselves as they seek purpose and balance under the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

Patty Developed a program called "The Well".  The Well met weekly for 13 years, until the pandemic, and was designed to help women address life issues. Women seek God in every aspect of their lives and pursue wellness based on God's will and intention for them as daughter's of the King.

Stay tuned as she will be reopening "The Well"  for new membership to inculde workshops, classes and retreats!!

Who Am I

Patty is a woman after God's own heart.  She has a passion for women who are seeking spiritual intimacy with their Lord, who are seeking balance in a world that screams chaos and who are imprisoned by the whispers of this world--the self-defeating beliefs, the circumstances that one has created and those that befall us.  There is hope!  We can make a change!

My History

Patty holds a Masters in Community Counseling.  Working with victims of crime and women in ministry and Life Coaching have given her 35 plus years of experience in working with people who are in need of a change agent to gain control of their lives and to change their course successfully!
